You'll hear from the HR Department of the Year Award 2021 Winner of Excellence in Benefits, SAP, who will discuss their decision in 2021 to apply for the award, how they benefited from the process, and share their Total Rewards best practices that contributed to winning the award.

Through a discussion with SAP HR leaders, attendees will learn about SAP's variety of offerings and how it enables their employees to create a benefit experience that fits their individual needs and the team's number one initiative. In support of realizing this, SAP SuccessFactors is the heart of everything the SAP HR team does and transforms traditional HR practices into engaging experiences that helps everyone perform at their best. SAP SuccessFactors colleagues will be onsite to discuss its suite of solutions. An interactive networking session and cocktail hour will follow the presentation.

The Delaware Valley HR Department of the Year was founded in 1998 by Scott Rosen, President of the Rosen Group. His belief was that HR professionals should receive recognition for what they do and the growth and change they produce within their organizations.
